1. Are Laced Lashes cruelty free and safe for vegans?

All our lashes are faux mink vegan and cruelty-free.

2. How long will Laced Lashes stay on?

Laced Lashes are designed to last 5-7 days with a single bond, but could last a couple weeks with the 2X bond technique. Another tip to extend the wear time is to use the Clamp-it tool and press Lashed Lashes to your natural lashes every morning to re-adhere them. If you notice one of the segments lifting a little, place a dot of Bond-it under it and then wait for 30 seconds and Clamp-it again.

3. What do I do if my lashes feel sticky after applying?

Brush Seal-it to the base only of the lashes to seal, protect, and remove stickiness. Pro-tip: You may also want to apply some Seal-it to both sides of the Clamp-it applicator when crimping Laced Lashes with your natural lash to remove any residual tackiness. Seal-it can also extend the wear time of the lashes.

4. Are Laced Lashes waterproof?

Bond-it is water resistant however we don’t recommend soaking or flushing large quantities of water on the lashes. Lashes may get wet with a little water from tears or a shower so we recommend gently dabbing the lashes with a towel and allowing them to dry completely.

5. Do I still use mascara on the lashes?

There is no need to use mascara with Laced Lashes! They will look more natural and fluffy not using any mascara on either your natural or Laced Lashes. Also, the ingredients in the mascara will not let the Bond-it have the lash longevity you desire.

6. Can I add the glue only to the spine of the Laced Lash instead of on my natural lashes?

You can apply Bond-it to just the underside of your natural lashes or just to the spine of your Laced Lashes. We recommend applying Bond-it to both your natural lash and Laced Lashes for a stronger, more long-lasting bond.

7. How soon can I put new lashes on once I use Remove-it to take off a set of lashes?

You can apply a new set of lashes right after using Remove-it but make sure to clean your natural lashes completely by removing all glue and residue to ensure a good bond. After using Remove-it, be sure to clean the wand completely with a tissue to remove any glue and oil residue before placing the wand back into the tube.

8. What do I do if I bond the lashes too close to my waterline?

If you can feel the lashes when you blink, remove the lash and then place it back on the lashes keeping 1-2 millimeters away from the waterline, only attach laced lashes to your natural lashes.

9. How do I make the lashes look thicker?

For thicker lashes, overlap segments or stacking additional laced lashes over the first layer will give a double stacked volume look. 

10. How do I keep my lashes clean?

Use a spoolie tool to gently comb the front and back of lashes to free them from eye shadow powder and fibers. Use oil-free makeup wipes on skin or a cotton pad with micellar water to gently remove eye makeup.

11. Do I need to use an eyelash curler before I put the lashes on?

We recommend using an eyelash curler only if your natural lashes are more straight and they need curl to blend in better.
