How did Laced Lash come about? Three ladies had a deep desire to create something of their own, that they felt passionate about. Their passion is in creating a brand around inclusivity, creating confidence in people, and love.

A product developer / master esthetician, a project and client relations manager, and a nutraceutical manufacturing general manager, all of whom had AUDACIOUS hopes, dreams, and the knowing of what could be. What happened when they turned their collective skill sets, knowledge, life experience, passion into their own channel…their own dream? Why would they continue to take their collective skills and start Laced Lash, taking their know how, and their desire to bring their own slice of goodness to the world in the vehicle of their choosing? You blend all of that together and you get the result of their passion, hopes and dreams that is how Laced Lash came about. How dare they take this AUDACIOUS leap as late in life as this… how dare they NOT!!!!

Creating products for over 20 years in product marketing & development led Susan to experimenting with her passion for beautiful lashes. As a product development / master esthetician and former lash tech, Susan loved wearing lash extensions for years, until eventually she had an allergic reaction to the glue. The desire to find a solution that allowed her to still have the results that extensions gave her, was the beginning of Susan’s journey. She set out with her partners to bring to market lashes that were light weight, customizable to achieve any look, affordable and strikingly beautiful. Beautiful lashes, amazing glue and a desire to promote confidence and inclusivity was at the core of her vision for Laced Lash. 

“Grandmas don’t wear fake lashes - DIY and lash extensions cost too much and take too much time to apply plus fake always looks fake”. That is what Dana thought as she spent most her life developing business execution solutions to increase trust and confidence in organizations. Along with her career, being a mother of 10 didn’t leave much extra time or money for self-care…until she became a grandma. Now she realized she needed to find confidence in the youthful workplace again. Dana found that Laced Lash added to her new self-love with a very minimal time commitment. She could customize her lashes for a natural look or go big and glam in under 10 minutes – freeing up time for her greatest passion, her family. She loves being a “Glam-ma”!

Everything she sets her mind to do turns to success, so when Debbie wanted something that was women owned, economical for all, and something that would allow a person to discover that they were beautiful no matter what - she jumped on board with Laced Lash! 

As the general manager of a nutraceutical manufacturing company, Debbie with her big heart wanted to find a way to inspire and lift others. With a customizable product to share with the world that took a small amount of time to apply, Laced Lash was it! Enhancing  “the window of the soul” and helping others look at themselves in a more positive way was her big dream.
